No paps please, it's Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively. The couple are tired of being followed by snappers and called the police to report a photographer who was allegedly following them in NYC.
Ryan and Blake bought a $2.3 million home in Bedford in New York in April this year and have been spending some quality time there in recent weeks. When the two stepped out to run errands at the weekend, they realised they were being followed. Oh, the perils of being an A-lister!
Concerned for his safety and that of Blake, Ryan called the Bedford Police Department to report the pursuer, who was later identified as a photographer.
A local law enforcement official confirmed the story to the New York Daily News. Blake and Ryan aren't the only celebrities turning to cops to help them with prying paparazzi problems. Justin Bieber called 911 on 6 July after he was allegedly chased down by photographers in LA. And Alec Baldwin has had several recent stand-offs with snappers in New York but has chosen to tackle the paparazzi himself rather than call for police help.

'Money isn't important to her... she makes plenty on her own': Katie Holmes 'to get peanuts' from Tom Cruise due to prenup
Katie, who was seen yesterday returning to work with a guest judging spot on Project Runway All Stars, will be focusing once more on her movie career later this year when she starts shooting Responsible Adults alongside Gossip Girl heartthrob Chace Crawford.
TMZ.com also claim that the prenup proves that Katie did not wed Cruise for money, but instead married the actor for love.
The new claims about the prenup come as Cruise, who is currently in Iceland filming his new movie Oblivion, marks his 50th birthday today.
Yesterday, Cruise's 17-year-old adopted son Connor voiced his support for his father in the wake of the split, when he retweeted a message on his Twitter page which read: '#LaFamilia Always. Friends Come And Go, But Family Is Forever.'
According to reports, Katie is attempting to seek sole custody of the pair's daughter Suri

Rumor of the Day: Madonna need a new staff
Rumor of the Day: “Madonna Has Hired a Personal Sterilization Staff” Edition By Julie MillerJune 26, 2012
Say what you will about Madonna, the master of reinvention/polarizing publicity seeker/custom-throne connoisseur is one of the most consistent fonts of wild, diva-like tour-demand rumors. Less than two weeks after it was reported that the Grammy winner requires a 200-person entourage, an on-site dry cleaner, 20 international phone lines, and her own personal furniture in each hotel room she occupies during her MDNA tour, a new report alleges that Madonna also employs a personal sterilization team to wipe down her dressing room with crime-scene-like precision when she leaves each location.

Mad Men Inspires U.K. Olympics Uniforms . . . for McDonald’s Staff Members

Even U.K. McDonald’s employees are getting special treatment in anticipation of this summer’s Olympic Games in London. The restaurant chain hired British fashion designer Wayne Hemingway to update the uniforms of its staff, from unflattering brown polo shirts to arguably even more unflattering polo shirts in mustard and “gherkin”-green shades. In what could be an attempt to make this transformation into sickly condiment-colored tops seem sexier, the chain has announced that the style was inspired by Mad Men. (A quick glance of the promotional photo above reveals a uniform that Megan Draper would not touch, even if she were playing an overworked fast-food employee in an Off Off Broadway production or sadly starring in a McDonald’s commercial produced by Sterling Cooper Draper Pryce.) In addition to the aforementioned shirts, male managers will be outfitted in skinny ties while female managers will wear pencil skirts. Additionally, baseball hats have been switched out for tighter-fitting “jockey caps” with smaller peaks. The uniform will premiere at the four McDonald’s locations on the Olympics site before being distributed to all McDonald’s workers in the U.K. In the press release, the vice president of U.K. McDonald’s, who is probably not required to wear a gherkin-green polo, boasted, “If you look good and feel good you will be happier at work and do your job better.” If only McDonald’s had the budget to hire Mad Men costume designer Janie Bryant for the sartorial update . . . can you imagine the silk-chiffon batwinged dreses and Vivier flats behind the deep fryer?
